Answers, before you ask.
Questions we hear most often from plant managers, reliability engineers and maintenance leads. If yours isn't answered here, ask us directly — we'll add it.
Steam and gas turbines, centrifugal and positive-displacement compressors, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, electric motors, gearboxes, fans, blowers and any other rotating industrial asset. If it turns and it's critical, we probably work on it — call and describe the machine.
Yes. For clients with an active maintenance contract we offer 24/7 dispatch with defined response times. For new clients we prioritise emergency requests on a best-efforts basis — in practice, we can usually mobilise a team the same day for urgent situations within Querétaro and neighbouring states.
We are based in Santiago de Querétaro and provide field services across Mexico. Our workshop in Querétaro handles component overhauls, dynamic balancing and rotor work. For larger projects in more distant states, we mobilise a full crew for the duration of the work.
Our vibration diagnostics reference ISO 10816 (vibration severity), our balancing work is graded to ISO 21940-11, and our rotating-equipment interventions reference API 610 and API 687 where applicable. For OEM-specific work we follow the manufacturer's overhaul manual.
Yes — every job closes with an engineering report signed by our senior engineer. The report includes scope executed, before-and-after measurements, findings, corrective actions, part numbers replaced and recommendations for future maintenance. This is not an optional add-on; it's part of every service.
Absolutely. Our data-collection formats and reporting templates are designed to integrate with common CMMS and reliability platforms. If your team uses SAP PM, Maximo, Meridium or a custom database, we can deliver data in a compatible format.
Yes — general liability and professional indemnity cover appropriate for industrial site work. Certificates are available on request during the contracting phase.
Initial technical inquiries receive a response within one business day. Emergency calls within Querétaro and neighbouring states are typically on-site within 4–8 hours. For scheduled work, mobilisation is planned around your outage window with a written timeline agreed in advance.
Yes. Every intervention carries a workmanship warranty appropriate to the scope. If the machine's behaviour changes within the warranty period in a way that indicates our work, we return at no cost to investigate and correct. Warranty terms are specified in the written scope for each job.
Call us on +52 427 152 0361 or email contacto@mecanicarotativa.com with a description of the equipment and the situation. We'll come back to you within one business day with either a quote, a request for more information, or an offer to do a free technical intake on the phone.
Yes. We source OEM and quality-equivalent spares for bearings, seals, couplings, wear parts and consumables. For proprietary components we work directly with the OEM. Where lead times matter, we can advise on strategic spares to keep on your shelf.
On request. We offer condensed training for maintenance teams on basic vibration reading, laser alignment technique and reliability fundamentals. Training is delivered on-site during scheduled maintenance windows or as a stand-alone workshop at your facility.
